At Big Joe, your satisfaction is our guarantee.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products purchased directly through the Big Joe Coffee website, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
To Return an Item:
  • Please contact Big Joe via support to initiate your claim. If purchased at Amazon.com please follow their return policy and process.
  • We require proof of purchase to honor a refund. Please have your order number and proof of purchase available.
  • All claims must be received within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • Once your return claim has been approved, Big Joe will reimburse the original purchase price to the original method of payment within 72 hours. Please allow 7-10 business days for your credit to post to your bank account.
The following may not be returned:
  • Any item not purchased directly through our official website at bigjoecoffee.com.
  • Items over 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items missing an order number and proof of purchase from bigjoecoffee.com.
